The other day on the way into work, a guy sporting a tweed jacket stepped into the elevator with me. I've never seen him before and assumed he just worked for the large accounting firm that's in my building. To my surprise, he got off on the same floor as me. Suprising not just because I haven't seen him before, but because I've never seen someone in investment banking wear a tweed jacket.

Turns out the guy is Matt, an Internet celebrity of sorts. In 2009, he was a finalist in Esquire's Best Dressed Real Man competition. He lost to some tall white dude but very cool nonetheless. Plus he was on TV because of it. Other than that, he has a very well read blog called "Tweed in the City".
I don't know much about him except from what I've read on his blog. Haven't introduced myself yet. I only found about Matt's celebrity status from a co-worker who avidly reads styelforum.net. Can't wait to hear what Matt has to say about buying clothes! Though, reading through a few entries on his blog, I already know what it's going to be: get made to fit shirts from Brooks Brother and go to a good tailor to get your nice stuff... sounds like a lot of work just to dress right...:-\
